EMC load boxes are specially designed for automotive ECU electromagnetic compatibility testing. They feature built-in switchable passive loads such as resistors, inductive coils, and RC networks, and integrate filtering and shielding to ensure stable radiation/conduction test impedance. The enclosure can interface with active signals such as programmable rotational speed PWM, sine waves, and full-pack high voltage, meeting ISO 7637, CISPR 25, and OEM transient immunity requirements. It supports noise injection and monitoring for buses like CAN, LIN, and Ethernet, with surge, EFT, and ESD protection on all channels. The number of ports, signal amplitude, and connector types can be customized per project to facilitate rapid EMC verification of complete vehicles and components.
