Through multi-channel isolation design and high-resolution voltage setting output, full-scale working condition simulation of battery packs is achieved. Its “charging breakout” technology can precisely control the charging differences of individual cells. Combined with CAN bus communication and external feedback functions, BMS durability validation can be completed on a single device. Compared to standard battery simulator solutions, it can reduce test system construction costs and significantly shorten the R&D cycle. The modular architecture further ensures reusability across different products.
